Ingredients for Double Bean and Beef Soup:
- 6 cups chopped cabbage.
- 1-1/2 pounds ground beef.
- 12 ounces frozen cauliflower.
- 1/2 pound smoked sausage.
- 1 small onion diced.
- 1 stick butter.
- 1-1/2 quart beef broth.
- 2 teaspoon summer savory.
- 1 teaspoon ground white pepper.
- 15 ounces canned Cannellini beans.
- 15 ounces canned black beans drained.
- 1-1/2 cups English peas.
- To taste Valentina hot sauce optional.
Step by step how to cook Double Bean and Beef Soup:
