  1. 1 pound carrots.
  2. 1/2 pound bulk sausage.
  3. 4 ounces cream cheese.
  4. 1/4 cup chopped parsley.
  5. 1 teaspoon Caraway seeds.
  6. 1/2 cup sliced celery.
  7. 1/4 cup ground paprika.
  8. 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.
  9. 1 teaspoon salt.
  10. 1/2 cup mushroom catsup solids see my recipe.
  11. 1 teaspoon onion powder.
  12. 1 teaspoon granulated garlic powder.
  13. 2 cup water.
  14. 1-1/4 cup sliced grape tomatoes.

It has wonderful flavor sparked by curry, herbs and, of course, the colorful carrots Discard bay leaf. Transfer half of the soup to a blender; add half of the cream cheese. Cover and process until smooth; repeat. The humble carrot makes an amazing creamy carrot soup - but when you sneak bacon in, it makes it over-the-top delicious!

Step by step how to cook Cream Cheese and Carrot Soup:

  1. Slice the carrots.
  2. Add to a deep pan or wok. Heat with no liquids..
  3. Add celery and mushroom catsup solids. Add salt and pepper. Stir occasionally. No liquids yet.
  4. Add the tomatoes.
  5. Add the rest of the spices.
  6. Add sausage in small chunks.
  7. Still no liquids Stirfry till sausage is browned..
  8. Now add water simmer covered 20 minutes..
  9. Add cream cheese in chunks.
  10. Blend gently till cream cheese is incorporated well.
  11. Simmer for 15 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes. Serve I hope you enjoy!.

It tricks my simple mind into thinking there's. Stir in the cream cheese and the corn. Season with the horseradish, salt and pepper and serve garnished with basil leaves.
