- 2 x Serrano Peppers, roasted & finely chopped.
- 12 x Tomatillos, roasted & finely chopped.
- 1/2 bunch Cilantro (leaves only), finely chopped.
- 1/4 bunch Spinach (leaves only), finely chopped.
- 2 Tbsp Chicken Bullion Paste.
- 1 cup Negra Modelo.
- 5-6 cups Water.
