- 6 slice thick cut apple wood bacon diced.
- 2 lb smoked sausage diced.
- 1 2 pound block Velveeta cheese cubed.
- 1 large onion, chopped.
- 2 tbsp minced garlic.
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour.
- 48 oz Pabst Blue Ribbon beer.
- 1 gallon milk.

- satue bacon,smoked sausage, onion, and garlic in large stock pot until sausage is browned and onion is caramelized.
- stir in flour and cook for 4-5 min.
- add beer and bring to a rolling boil for 5 min.
- reduce heat to medium and add cheese stirring until melted. If it gets too thick thin it out with some of the milk.
- add the rest of the milk and simmer 20-30 min stirring frequently to keep from scorching.
- serve with crackers, bread sticks, or soft pretzels and enjoy.
