  3. 2 can Kidney Beans (16oz).

  5. 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper.
  6. 1 cup Water.
  7. 2 cup Beef Broth.
  8. 1/2 tbsp Dried Basil.
  9. 1/4 cup Light Sour Cream.
