- 1 lb dry lentils.
- 4 chicken bullion cubes.
- 3 carrots chopped.
- 4 celery stalks chopped.
- 6 oz baby Spinage chopped.
- 1 lb smoked sausage sliced and cut into quarters.
- 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce.
- 4 tbsp lemon juice.
- 1 1/2 tbsp minced garlic.
- 1 tbsp minced onion.
- 1 black pepper to taste.

- Cook lentils with water on high for 20 minutes stirring to keep from sticking..
